Uganda safari-Kidepo Valley National Park.
The magic of remote arid-zone wilderness lies in this park. Kidepo Valley is a savannah park and is extremely remote and tranquil but offers magnificent scenery. This Park is inhabited by a rich array of wildlife such as cheetah, dikdik, elephant, Rothschild's giraffe, zebra and buffalo. Bird watching is sensational with over 200 recorded bird species including ostrich, piapiacs, francolins and turacco. This tour also offers a deep view into ancient customs and beliefs of Karamojong people and Karamojong dances.

Physical features: The park consists of shallow valley systems, with a dry mountain terrain. In the South-west is the Narus Valley, bordered by the Napore range to the north-west, South of Kidepo Valley is the Morungola range, North is Mount Lotuke in Sudan.

Vegetation: Habitats with in the park like montane forest, grassy plains, open tree savannah, thick miombo-like woodlands and the rocky outcrops.
Animals: Several animals like Zebra, large herds of elephant, eland, lesser kudu and buffalo.
Birdlife: 462 species, with Koppies and forest patches providing refuge for interesting species. Birds of prey include Verreaux's eagle, lammergeyer, Egyptian vulture and the ostrich.
